Description
A rally to draw attention to the issue of untested rape kits in Louisiana. The rally is held to raise public awareness and lobby our legislators to:
1) get Louisiana into the national DNA database - we are one of only 8 states who are not members;
2) apply for federal CODIS funding available to test rape kits;
3) allocate more monies to the testing of rape kits.
